We all know these people. The ones you dread being in a public forum with. When you are sitting beside them, they usually mutter under their breath the whole time, nodding after everything that gets said. They can't shut up, even if it is talking to themselves. Get them in front of the whole group and it's another ballgame altogether. Delusions of grandeur all over the place.
